Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products.

Returns

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In some cases, we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
